Hi all! This is Vinay - The man who will take charge of this blog. Well, like Azmi Mufti I too am a Desi - An Indian who likes to blog. I am stepping into the shoes of a blogger who was dedicated and quite good at what he was doing - BLOGGING. I have somehow liked this blog and it tempted me to bid for it.

It’s quite a task to live up to Sunny’s level. His last post (post of 30th July) truly speaks of his style of blogging - “Expressing in a simple flowing style - much like the way we all communicate”. I think he does follow what he says. That’s the reason for Desi Notes getting some success in the blogosphere. I shall do my best to at least maintain the level this blog is currently at, if not take it higher. It will take a while for him to handover the reins to me and for me to get involved with DESI NOTES in full swing. I shall keep you all posted. Wish me good luck! I need all the encouragement I can get! Honestly; my confidence level is not the highest at this point in time. The fear that colors the human psyche before the start of a project does bother me as well. Confidence is such an important and fundamental ingredient for success in life and in any venture. I will admit - High level of Self Confidence has not been my greatest strength. But I am not too low on it either.

At this point I am reminded of Henry Ford’s statement: “If you think you can, you can. And if you think you can’t, you’re right.”

I think I can.

I promise I will give it my best shot. Readers - Please don’t go away - Hang on to the blog.
