Have you ever wondered which is a better value, digital cable or satellite dish? With both there are pros and cons. Currently, consumers are switching to dish services because the installation is simpler then cable and with cable there is channel limitations.
Cable
With cable you will always going to get signal. However, the cable TV reception may not be clear as dish because of how it is. Cable subscribers will always get something to watch but from time to time they will get interference in the signal.
Dish
Satellite dish will give the best reception out of any TV services. However, on rainy days or may be on snow days you may not get signal to watch your favorite shows. Somedays the picture would just freeze; the customer service advised wiping the water off of the satellite. Apprently the water disrupts the signal. Dish, unlike cable, will give you more and more channels. Cable TV may be give you around 70 channels, but with dish you will get over 200 channels with superior picture quality.
In my opinion I suggest you get dish because you will get more for your money. I had both cable TV and satellite dish and I like dish more because of more channel choices. Also, in general dish costs less than cable.
