		<description>Humour and laughter definitely helps us to expand our contracted left brain stressed out mind (!) and open up the right side of the brain!. 
I have come across a fantastic method by Rajneesh and to do it every morning - even if at first it sounds like crying - is a really good therapy by itself. It is the Laughing Meditation.
Funny thing is it makes you laugh at the stupidity of your mind too! Just take a look:
