Luckily another blogger has stepped in to help. Michelle G., an English teacher, and the author of A Calm Sea blog stepped in to contribute to this blog not too long ago. In return she wanted a link to her blog in the sponsored link section. Her offer was too good to pass up, so I added her site to the sponsored links and made her DesiNotes.com’s new editor; yay, let’s party.
Anyways, based on my own experiences I know that I wouldn’t stay on a blog or subscribe to a blog if the author cannot write properly. Blogging is all about communication and writing is just another way of communicating. If you can’t write then you can’t communicate.
If you have trouble writing then don’t get your hopes down, don’t stray away from blogging, you can still blog. Believe it or not, the best way to improve your writing skills is reading. Go around and read other people’s blogs, it’ll help you improve your grammatical skills and spelling.
Also, when blogging use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. Whenever I blog nowadays, I blog with Firefox, because it places a red line underneath any misspelled word that I type. I’m no spelling whiz, but that built-in feature on Firefox has helped me correct so many spelling mistakes.
Also, check out my about me page, I’ve added new fun content to it for my new readers. Tell me what you think.

I get in the same boat. I’ve gone over the post several times, transfered from MS Word to Wordpad and copied over to blogger. By that time I’m just ready for the thing to be done and over with. I publish, then go back and see several mistakes! I have to fix them! It bugs the crap out of me.
BTW, english isn’t my 1st language either, I’m Southern

Thanks for the comments on my blog. Whenever I write a post, I think I go over it half a dozen times before I publish it. On top of that, I let it sit over night or sometimes a few days before I return to it again. It helps me look at it with fresh eyes. I’m surprised that even after all that, I STILL have errors once in a while.

@Ken: No matter. most of the time we always make at least one error. Don’t worry, you’re not alone, English wasn’t my first language either.
@Michelle: Lolz, how about root beer?
@MissNice: Thanks, I thought the new about me page could help get some readers to be more interested to this blog.
@Desty: Lolz, Southern USA?
@Travis: Lolz, yeah that’s a catchy line.
@Finance Blog: No problem. You’re actually doing that right, fresh eyes do help. But don’t worry everyone makes errors.

You said that when blogging you use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox because it places a red line underneath any misspelled word that you type. But there must be some kind of add-ons that you’ve installed to let you create/edit a new post, right? May I know what add-ons are you using?

@Alwitt: No, there are no add ons. I don’t directly post/edit any articles from Firefox. I actually log on to my WordPress admin panel and edit/post my articles.

Yeah, I’m a Southerner from the USA. Born and raised in Kentucky. If you’ve ever heard Jeff Foxworthy talk about red-necks, well, around here we generally nod and agree “yep, I do that.”
I finally broke down and got my own domain and server. I’m fighting with wordpress to try and get things how I want them. Problem I’m running into is that you can’t copy and paste HTML for buttons or widgets anymore, or if you can, I haven’t figured that out yet. Plus I’m trying to find the theme that is just right.

Yes it’s so true. And so unbelievable to read blogs that don’t even use capital letters at the start of sentences. If I see a blog like that I leave it straight away.

@Desty: That’s cool, I’ve lived in Georgia almost all of my life so I’m as Southern as you are. And yeah, choosing the right WordPress theme requires A LOT of searching.
@Matt: Lolz, I guess the’re small personal blogs to have errors at that degree.
