A way to help your blog get some quality posts is to get some guest bloggers to write some posts for you. A way to promote other bloggers to write for you is to give them the opportunity to make money out of your blog. A way I figured out to do this was to allow guest bloggers to implement their AdSense ads to be displayed with their posts. I asked Google if it was allowed and they said it is. The following is the email reply from Google:

Thanks for checking in with us. Yes, any AdSense publisher may rotate his
or her ad code with another publisher’s code or have both code’s on the
same page at the same time as long as both publishers have approved
AdSense accounts. Please be aware that the revenue generated from these
ads will be directly tied to the specific account indicated in the ad
code.

I also recommend that you read through the AdSense Terms and Conditions at
https://www.google.com/adsense/terms to ensure that your implementation
does not generate invalid impressions or clicks and is not in violation of
any of our policies.
