I’m a strong advocate of love and I go against all cultural rules and restrictions to keep two people who love each other to be together. If it’s not for love lot of us would not be sane or happy. A girl’s love fills in the empty space in a guy’s heart and vice versa. Some say girls are trouble, but the truth is, a guy can’t live without the love from a girl. A person doesn’t know how empty he or she is until they fall in love for the first time and let go of their love.

Guys gone very far for their love. They have moved to another state and settled there just for their love. Others quit their jobs and changed their life plans to be with their lovers. Alot of South Asians, especially in conservative areas and in conservative families, face the problem of being forced to give up who they love for the sake of their families. Alot of young people give up their lovers so they won’t be disowned by their families.

I haven’t been in that position, but my freinds and other people who I know have. In the future I wouldn’t be surprised if I went through it. For those who have been through it already learned their lessons and I’m sure they won’t make the same mistake twice.

What ever the restrictions are we should all fight for who we love. Life is not easy and alot of things don’t come to us easily. To end up with who we love is something that’s worth fighting for.

The following are music videos representing what guys would do for love. The first one is a Pakistani video of a servant who fell in love with his master’s daughter. In the Pakistani culture that is looked down upon. He risked his life and had an affair with his master’s daughter. The second one is, I think, Korean, of a guy who gave up his eyes to a girl he loves so she can see. Most of you readers will be like me and wont understand the song but you will understand the theme of the videos.
