The title field on your web page is one of the important parts of marketing. When Google indexes your site it checks keywords between the codes. If it finds an important keyword on your page’s title that matches a search query then your site will get better visibility in search results. DO NOT put something like “yourdomain.com” in the title field because it’s old school and it will not benefit your site when Google’s bots does its routinely indexes of web sites. Your visitors already know your domain name so, it’s a waste of valuable space putting your domain name on the title field. To be more visible on the web, in the title field you should put important keywords describing your site or the content the web page contains. For example if you had a site that was about sports cars, in the title field you wouldn’t put coolsportscar.com (the domain is only an example), instead you would put Sports Cars, Nissan 350z, BMW M6, and other keywords that describes the type of cars your content contains.
