This is one of the most abnormal medical situations in the world. A man from India had a fetus growing in him. It has been growing in him for 36 years without him knowing until it interfered in his breathing.

It was his unborn twin. It was a rare medical case of a mutation of a fetus in another larger fetus. Watch the video below.

In my opinion I think this was due to the polluted water of the Ganges. People bathe in the Ganges River, spill their stool in the river, and use the same water for drinking. I think this case was just the result of a mutation of the fetus from the polluted water.
