What I noticed about web marketing is that marketing on Search Engines is the most efficient and the cheapest method to gain traffic. The higher the search results of your site then more visitors you will get. You just have to make a web site to the best of your abilities with the best content and optimize it to get a heavy flow of traffic. If you monopolize what you offer, as in offering something on the web that no other sites offer, then you have a very good chance on getting a good position in search engines which will get you many visitors. The more visitors a web site gets the more relevant the site will be for Google which will show the site is important and unique. Many think that sticking something on a page and leaving it for a week will keep the visitors coming; WRONG! Google web bots spider for dynamic content, as in updated content on web sites that’s why web site positions in search results fluctuates often. A good webmaster keeps his or her site’s content updated and fresh because internet surfers hungers for new content. People who just start out making web sites usually makes mistakes of just making their sites nice and pretty without much quality content and they wonder why they don’t get visitors. The more unique and high quality content a site has and the more pages a site has the better the site has in getting a higher position in search engines; however, all those pages must be optimized for search robots to easily find.
