Microsoft is got a bit greedy with tightening their security by restricting a single Windows XP OS license per computer and not by the owner. Now they got a bit greedier by charging more for support than previous years with previous Windows versions. Windows XP and Windows Vista support costs the customer $59 per incident. Office XP and Office 2007 now costs $49 per incident.

With restricting one Windows XP license for one computer, Microsoft is making more money than before. In my opinion Windows support should be free since Windows has so many problems and the users have to go through hell with every single versions with blue screens and other problems in the OS.
