This is something I have never seen before; however, it is very clever and very creative. In several cities around the world there are street installations that offer more than just traffic lights and road signs, they offer 3D art work. Street artists go to incredible creativity to create fake people to blend in in such places as London. Washington DC, NYC, and other major cities around the world.
