In my father's country in Western Africa, the ruling party receives 99 percent of the oil money that is given to the country. He shares the wealth with his immediate family. Picture this - the son of the president was stopped @ customs in Spain. He was carrying large suitcases. When they were opened they were found to be full of euros. My point is that the sins of few men shouldn't be attributed to an entire group It’s tough to place the blame on the backs of all Arabs. Really, at the end of the day, donation should be about giving away to the less fortunate because you want to - not because people force you to do it. And I wouldn't call it corruption. Corruption to me is when you knowingly deceive people to obtain wealth. Corruption is not when you have legitimately made your money, but choose not to donate it. They probably should contribute back to the community, but I think it’s silly to hate someone because they won’t donate back.
