John Chow the Dot Come Mogul is making good for himself. John, like all other bloggers, also had a set back with Technorati.com. He used to be in the top 100 blogs on Technorati but after the re-ping he dropped to the rank of 152. Even though 152 is not in the top 100, it’s still a good position.

Some of his posts get over 4,000 views in couple of days which is really good. In his February revenue report he stated that he recieves over $7,000 from his blog with all the advertisement earnings together. I don’t know about you but $7,000+ in a month is a full time job income and a higher amount than the income of the average American. He doesn’t live in America, he lives in Canada, but still it’s alot of money generated from a blog.

About less than 1/7 of that $7,000 is from AdSense so, he didn’t master AdSense but still he has a diverse source of income from various advertising programs.

This post was not written for any pingbacks or anything of that sort. John’s blog is a great blog and I decided to emphazisze on his success. If I see a successful blog, as in getting heavy traffic and generating alot of revenue, then I will write about it.
