V&F Distributors LLC paid $2 million to lease a warehouse in San Diego for 5 years and stated to rent it for distribution purposes. What was unknown at that time was that the warehouse had a passageway to Tijuana, Mexico. Authorities say that the tunnel was most likely used as a tunnel for drug smuggling.
