The only reason I have multiple blogs is because I found I was all over the place in topics so I created different blogs, because someone who may want to read about my adventures in home repair, may not want to read about my adventures in sewing headbands!!! While I find it a struggle to post to all of them daily, I do think that this was better than a scizophrenic approach to one blog!!! I do tend to focus on one of my blogs more than the others, but sometimes I just have a really off topic thought …now I have an outlet (med free!!!)

Haha, I think those are cases of “blog schizophrenia”. I would agree with you that providing 2 quality blogs is difficult and it’s better to focus on one. Then again, this is a marketing dilemma. Blog are like brands for which posts are products. If the posts are too inconsistent maybe having seperate categories is not enough, you would need a different blog. People would not buy Malboro Macaroni and cheese but don’t mind Kraft yet both would be from the same company, Altria… Still in the end, one blog is best because there is only author and instinctively the posts tend to be coherent
