If you didn’t realize it before then pay attention to the fact that working at home can actually be bad for your health. Working a regular 9-5 job can be very unhealthy when it comes to lack of sleep and rest, excessive consumption of caffeine, and tremendous amount of work in a short period of time. However, when it comes to working at home it doesn’t cause anything harmful like a regular 9-5 job but it may get someone to have an increase chance of obesity with the lack of exercise which can lead to other harm to a person’s body.

I usually work at home and I’m always active, as in going out due to school work and friends, but when it came to my school break I gained weight and I felt tired often. The reason for this was due to my lack of being active. I stayed home and worked and I didn’t go out much and it backfired on me by making me tired and less active.

So, if you work at home often or for full time due your self a favor and get up often from your chair and walk around or take a walk outside or just do some kind of active work.
