For the past several days, I got tied up with personal issues so I couldn’t update the blog until now.

I can’t really say I’m a healthy human being, but I do my best to stay active. There are times I oversleep; I end up sleeping in my friends’ cars, in class, on the school’s performance stage, and so on.

To my surprise, whenever I feel very tired in the morning, I do a set of push-ups and I’m up and active and ready to roll.

My upper body is very strong because from time to time I would do a lot of push-ups every night before going to sleep. I tried to increase my numbers every two nights and succeeded and reached to do 50 push-ups at one time. I would go further but I got busy and I stopped for a while, now I can’t do much.

When I used to do those exercises I had A LOT of energy and it helped me feel good about my self. Working out helped me relieve a lot of my stress which lead me to do better in academics and live better in my social life.

So, try to stay active and do what I did. Do at least 20 push-ups every night before goign to sleep and slowly increase the numbers. I promise you that you will feel good about yourself.
